While we are STILL navigating the world with Coronavirus, mask-wearing and social distancing, I am making adjustments accordingly, capping my class size at 9. I do ask that you wear your mask to class, both for my safety and your fellow yogis.
Come as you are, bring water and wear comfortable clothing!

One-on-one, 75min yoga sessions, tailored to your individual needs and personal health goals! Session available in my yoga space in the heart of Brockton, I can come to your home, or via zoom, whichever you feel more comfortable (Classes $17-20, per session)
Yoga for Athletes
Todays athletics takes many forms – weightlifting, softball, running, basketball, swimming, football, soccer and on the list goes.
Walk or drive through Brockton on any given day and find joggers, walkers and strollers making their way to DW field. By adding yoga to your routine, you can help your mental focus, range of mobility/ movement and enrich your breathing.
When most people think of yoga, they picture chants and gongs, with slow dancer like movements – and while that is one aspect – I hope to tap into the fiery part of yoga, used to engage muscles you didn’t know you have, improve mobility in our most used joints and controlled breathing to assist in stamina and focus.
