A Journey Unfolds

Tiffany's voyage into the world of yoga began in the vibrant city of Brockton, MA. As a legal assistant and paralegal by day, she discovered yoga as a sanctuary from the rigors of her 15-year career. But it wasn't just a retreat; it was a revelation. Despite the initial challenge of finding her place in the traditional yoga spaces, Tiffany's resilience turned her practice into a profound passion. She embraced the art of yoga asanas, and after 2.5 years of dedicated practice, she emerged as a certified yoga instructor, trained by the esteemed Down Under Yoga Studio in Boston.

Cultivating Expertise

With certifications that span a broad spectrum of yoga disciplines, Tiffany's expertise is as diverse as her clientele. In 2020, she completed her 200-hour YTT, followed by specialized training in The Art of Assisting in 2021, and most recently, her Yoga Sculpt certification in 2023. Her commitment to lifelong learning also led her to obtain a certification from ChildLight Yoga in Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens and Tweens, ensuring that her teachings resonate with every age.
